Job Description:

• Verify capital and operational expenditure applications and ensure applications are in accordance with the budget.
• Verify and control operational funding applications.
• Verify and control the submission of additional requests and budget transitions.
• Control project progress.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor the progress of capital expenditure and operational expenditure

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting. 
• Min. has 2 years experience as Budget Staff/Budget Control Staff.
• Having experience in a Consultant company or palm oil plantation is preferred.
• Mastering Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
• Proactive, detailed, thorough
• Have good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to be placed at Head Office Jakarta
